HOTEL POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Standard and Superior rooms are located on the B2 Basement of Ladalat Hotel.

  • Deluxe, Valley Junior Suite, City Junior Suite, Executive Suite, and President Suite categories are located from the 1st to the 6th floor, and all feature a private balcony.

  • Triple Rooms are designed for 3 guests and include 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

  • Room rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) per night, per room

  • Rates are inclusive of service charge and government tax (VAT)

CHILDREN POLICY

  • A maximum of two children under 6 years old may stay and enjoy breakfast free of charge when sharing a bed with adults

  • Children aged 6 to under 12: surcharge of 175,000 VND per child per night

  • Children 12 years and older: Extra bed surcharge will apply according to hotel policy

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

  • Check-in time is from 14:00. Check-out time is by 11:00.

  • Early check-in may be arranged subject to room availability, with the following surcharges:

  • 50% of the room rate for check-in after 06:00 (Breakfast not included)

  • 100% of the room rate for check-in before 06:00 (Breakfast included)

  • Late check-out may be arranged subject to room availability, with the following surcharges:

  • 50% of the room rate for check-out before 18:00

  • 100% of the room rate for check-out after 18:00

  • Kindly present a valid identification document, such as Citizen ID Card, passport and visa/temporary residence card for international guests, at the Front Desk upon check-in.

  • Guests are kindly requested to stay in the registered room. Please ensure that your stay is in accordance with the submitted guest list and room number. Should you wish to change rooms, please contact the Front Desk for assistance.


PAYMENT POLICY

  • For bookings of fewer than 10 rooms: 100% prepayment is required upon booking confirmation.

  • For bookings of 10 rooms or more: Payment terms will be applied according to the group’s specific policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. For bookings from 01 – 10 rooms:

Regular days:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival: Free of charge

  • Cancellations made within 3 – 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation

  • Cancellations made within 3 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation

Public Holidays & Tet:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival: Free of charge

  • Cancellations made within 7 – 14 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation

  • Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation


  1. For bookings from 11 – 30 rooms:

Regular days:

  • Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival: Free of charge

  • Cancellations made within 14 – 20 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation

  • Cancellations made within 13 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation

Public Holidays & Tet:

  • Cancellations made 42 days or more before arrival: Free of charge

  • Cancellations made within 28 – 41 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation

  • Cancellations made within 27 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation


  1. For bookings over 30 rooms:

Regular days:

  • Cancellations made 35 days or more before arrival: Free of charge

  • Cancellations made within 21 – 34 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation

  • Cancellations made within 20 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation

Public Holidays & Tet:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival: Free of charge

  • Cancellations made within 42 – 59 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation

  • Cancellations made within 41 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation



HOTEL REGULATIONS

  • Each room is equipped with a safe for storing cash and valuable items. Alternatively, guests may choose to store valuables in the safe at the Front Desk. 

  • Please ensure that the door is securely locked before going to bed or leaving the room. Ladalat Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to guests’ belongings or any other property in the room or elsewhere in the hotel, including theft or pilferage.

  • Kindly refrain from hanging any items on the balcony to preserve the hotel’s aesthetics.

  • Please refrain from bringing any of the following items onto the hotel premises:

  • Animals or birds of any kind.

  • Unlawful firearms, weapons, hazardous materials, flammable substances, or any items that may pose a risk to the safety of other guests or the property.

  • Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by Vietnamese law.

  • Items with strong odors, pungent foods, or those that may cause stains (such as durian, mangosteen, etc.). Guests may request to have them stored in our luggage storage.

  • Guests are kindly requested to verify the condition of the equipment in room upon check-in. Please refrain from relocating any items to other rooms or areas within the hotel.

  • In the event of any damage or loss (whether intentional or negligent), we kindly request that compensation be made in accordance with the “Compensation Price List”. For items not specified in the “Compensation Price List”, the charge will be based on the market price of a new equivalent product or the cost of repairs (including materials and labor).

  • To ensure the safety and security of our guests, non-registered individuals are not allowed in hotel rooms. Should you have visitors, kindly inform the Front Desk, and we will assist in arranging a designated area for their reception. Please note that you are responsible for your visitors at all times. Visitors are not permitted between 20:00 and 6:00.

  • All rooms are designated as non-smoking areas. In the event of smoking signs within the hotel, a cleaning fee of VND 2,000,000 will be charged for each deodorization process.

  • Please refrain from setting off fireworks, cooking, or ironing on hotel premises.

  • We kindly request that you keep the volume moderate when using in-room equipment or devices, and refrain from making noise during quiet hours, from 20:00 to 6:00.

  • Gathering for meals, socializing, or engaging in noisy activities in guest rooms, hallways, or public areas is prohibited to ensure the peace and comfort of other guests.

  • In the interest of security, the hotel reserves the right to refuse service or request departure in the following cases:

  • Intentional over-occupancy beyond the allowed number of guests.

  • Acting in a disorderly manner that disturbs the peace of other guests.

  • Being under the influence of drugs or any other intoxicating substance.

  • Possession of a contagious disease.

  • Destroying, damaging, defacing, or threatening harm to hotel property or guests.

  • Seeking to use the hotel for an unlawful purpose.

  • Gambling, smuggling, prostitution, or other acts that are contrary to public morals or disruptive to other guests. 

  • Refusing to comply with the reasonable standards or policies established by Ladalat Hotel for the operation and management of our hotel.


In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, and in addition to the previously mentioned compensation responsibilities, Ladalat Hotel reserves the right to refuse service and terminate the accommodation without refund or compensation.
