- Please show a valid ID or passport with valid entry and exit visa at the Reception Desk upon check-in.
- Check-in time 14:00 and check-out time 12:00 noon. Late check-out is available if the room is not needed by another guest. Please check with the receptionist for availability.
- Guests are requested to stay in their registered room. If you would like to change room please contact the receptionist for assistance. Sharing a room without informing Reception Desk is not permitted.
- For safety and security reasons, pleased be informed that visitors or non-registered guests are not permitted to stay in the room after 20:00. Visitors must leave a valid ID card at the Reception Desk as required by state regulations.
- Pets, weapons, contraband goods, flammable and explosive materials are not allowed in the hotel.
- Please do not bring foods, fruits with strong smell and likely to leave stains (durian, jackfruit, mangosteen…). You can request the bellman to keep them in storage.
- Please Do Not cook in the room.
- Gambling, contraband, prostitution and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
- Moving furniture items from one room to another is not permitted.
- Please be considerate of other guests regarding noise level after 22:00.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to people who could bring contagious disease, discomfort or inconvenience to other guests.
- Please refrain from putting any articles around windows which could impact the aesthetic appearance of the hotel.
- Please ensure the door is properly closed when leaving the room. Before answering the door, please look through the peephole.
- The room is equipped with an electronic safe to store your valuable properties. Otherwise, you can store all the valuables in a safety deposit box at the Front Desk. The Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss of money or property.
- All of our guestrooms are designated non-smoking spaces so everyone can enjoy the fresh air during their stay. If signs of smoking are detected, a cleaning fee will be charged.
- Guest will be responsible and charged for any damage, loss or breakage of hotel’s property.
- 10% VAT and 5% service charge are added to all services.
- If you violate these rules, in addition to the incurred liabilities as mentioned above, the hotel will unilaterally cancel your bedroom lease.
